Pervy Sage ftw, who else thinks he's not actually dead? Cuz really he was just sinking down to the ocean smiling, and the fact that he wasn't summoned for the Edo Tensi might mean something eh?

The reason he wasn't summoned in Edo Tensi is because according to what Kabato said his body sunk to far into the depths of the water where he couldn't reach him.
